If you open the app and see any transactions you haven't done, please contact our customer wallet support to check. Provide us as many details as possible for our team.

If you see your balance as 0, please check if you haven't logged out from the wallet. If you logged out from the wallet, use your mnemonic phrase to have your access back. If that doesn't help, check if you haven't turned on your wallet by clicking on "+".

If your wallet is not showing the right balance, let our customer support know and we will check it together with the team. Please provide the customer support your Wallet ID number in plain text (it can be found in Settings - Wallet ID - copy)
